Hup Seng Industries Berhad was founded in 1958; Hup Seng was listed as a public limited company on 4th October 1991. On 23rd April the company received its certificate of commencement. Hup Seng’s vision and mission are to be able to produce quality fast moving consumer products and to be market leaders in fast moving consumer products. Few branches have been set up around Malaysia, such as Kelantan, Kuala Lumpur, Kuantan, Butterworth, Kedah and Ipoh. It has around approximately 10 sales divisions to provide service for over more than 10,000 consumers in Malaysia. The production plant of the company is located at Batu Pahat, Johor. The company is publicly traded on the Bursa Malaysia with the symbol HUPSENG. The stock code for the company in the Bursa Malaysia is 5024. The company has issued more than 100,000,000 ordinary shares at RM1 per share. The 43,951,000 shares were issued and fully paid by the shareholders. Hup Seng Industries Berhad has three subsidiaries which named Hup Seng Hoon Yong Brothers Sdn.
