• A recent situation can be demonstrated by the Eagles front office when they hired chip Kelly in 2012 and gave too much power to him to make decisions. The Eagles organization was overconfident so much they gave more control over to chip after 2013 and thus demoting Howie Roseman. Chip Kelly became the GM and took more control over the Eagles team but trading away players he didn’t like or didn’t fit his culture. He decided cut three of the best players on the team just because of their egos. Fast forward 2 years later his plan back fired after 2 disappointing 10-6 seasons. During his third and final season the organization decided to fire him 1 game prior to the last game of the season.
