1. How would your subordinates describe you as a leader?
I believe that my subordinates would describe me as a leader who stands by his word and actions. One who is not willing to just be a “yes” man and will challenge something that is not right.
2. How would your supervisor describe your followership?
My supervisor would describe my followership as I am capable with the ability to take direction and buy into the team concept. Being willing always put every effort into producing what is expected of me and to buy into a team.
3. What leadership style do I use?
Do you consider it to be effective or ineffective? Why? I am always challenging myself into finding new ideas to improve myself and my airmen. New ideas lead to change that will not only better the way we perform but increase the outcome of functioning as a team and getting the task done either easier or faster. This would make me a transformation leader as I am inspiring others to transform and change the way they think. This is effective because it gives my airmen the opportunity to broaden their minds and look outside the box, as things everyday change.
