1. How will you remember to treat your team members as individuals?
• Maxim: Listen the member’s opinion and remember they are your CO-workers.
As I mentioned before, Korean society is hierarchical society. As I grew up in hierarchical society, I realized that it is not healthy system for everyone. Since the society is already so used to be in hierarchical system, it is hard to change the structures. However, if a leader tries to reconstruct the system, there is a possibility to change the system.
Therefore, when I have a chance to be a leader, I would love to listen the member’s opinion first and I will make sure myself that the members are co-worker. Furthermore, I will remind the member of that “we” are co-worker, rather than just remind myself of it.
2. How will you stay connected to your team’s reality?
• Maxim: Meal together.
In my culture, “let’s have a meal together” or “Did you have a

3. What are you passionate about?
• Maxim: This is the place God calls you.
When people ask me “what are you passionate about?”, my answer is “I don’t know” because I don’t know the level of passion. I wonder how I can set the standard of passion. Maybe, I do not have enough courage to say, “I am passionate about it.” One of my friend said, “You are passionate about God. That is why you even entered the seminary. Right?” Basically, she is right. I have prayed that “God let me know what my talent, you gave me, is. God tells me why you call me here.” God have not really told me directly so far.
However, I realized one thing that the place, time and people where I am is the place God calls me to show my passion about God. Also, there is no place and time and people to stop my passion about God. Thus, I would like to say, “this is the place, time, people where I am now that God calls me to be passionate.” In my life, I hope I continue to passionate with the people in every moment in

True and significant life is found in Jesus Christ and because of my firm conviction of this it has been my primary objective to point people to Jesus. Being persuaded that Christ wants Christians and especially those who take leadership roles to minister to the needs of others, I have ordered my life to conform to that conviction. Ultimately, Jesus desires that each Christian serves him by serving others; this is accomplished in a variety of ways – feeding those who are hungry, teaching everyone the life saving Gospel, and by leading in a way that reflects the glory of Christ. It has been my immense pleasure to have had the opportunity to preach God’s Word to thousands of people over the past fifteen years. It is my sincere passion to see people embrace Christ Jesus as their Lord and savior and to be transformed by the renewing of their minds through the Word of God.…
