The home was built upon another house in which the house was owned by a Sheriff Corwin. Sheriff Corwin was the man to sign all the warrants for the arrest and deaths of those accused in Salem of Witchcraft. Sheriff Corwin died at the age of 30 from heart trouble. People say that you can hear all the people who were accused and murdered for witchcraft. Along with those, Sheriff Corwin is being supposably haunting the house to her ever enters the house.
In the house there was odd things that would happen that started the accusation on if the house was haunted or not. The burglar alarm would constantly go off at night in which they would go check the scene out just to find there was no issue. Doors would shut on their own and lights would go on and off on their own. One employee once had candle sticks in her office, when she unlocked her office in morning, she noticed that the candlesticks were turned upside down along with on the floor. One of the candle sticks was shaped into a “S” figure with another into a boomerang shape.
