Two truths and a lie is a game where you use prior knowledge of a person to depict an educated figure out to what of what they are saying is true and a lie. To play the game everyone will think up two truths about themselves that they do not think anyone in the groups knows of and a lie that could be a realistic circumstance. One person will share to the entire group as they try to figure out what is true and what is a lie. Everyone will have a chance to present their truths and lies. This is a fun game for building better relationships with people and teammates.

Playing two truths and a lie can help to build teamwork in several different aspects. Not only does it help you learn more about your team better, but it also can help you better understand the person. By having to evaluate your teammates personality to discover their truths and lie you can then better understand that person's personality. This activity increases communication among teammates, helps you to grow closer with your team. This game is not only used for high school sports, it's an excellent way to strengthen any team or even greater the communication in the workplace. This game is a beneficial way to increase the knowledge of your co-workers or teammates.
