Hoot was a family movie about owls. It had some good parts that I somewhat liked.
Hoot like I said was a movie based on owls. Teenager Roy Eberhart (Logan Lerman) moves to Coconut Cove, Florida from Montana, where in Florida there is a lot more action.
Right as Roy gets on the bus for his first day, he gets greeted by the meanest bully in Coconut Cove, Dana Matherson (Eric Phillips). Then, when Roy sees the mysterious kid run down the street, Roy gets curious. But Dana doesn’t care so he gets all up in Roy’s face and Roy socks him in the nose and runs off.
That is where Beatrice (Brie Larson) comes to play. After Roy sees the kid run down the street he runs after him, but runs into Beatrice. Who doesn’t want the kid to be found out.
