How To Write A Worldview Essay

Worldview is how one interprets the world; which is formed by the environment and people surrounding one’s self. Worldviews are different for everyone because no one person will experience the same way of life as another. Worldviews may/will change as one gets experiences more of what life has to offer. Like many others my worldviews come from personal experience, upbringing, and education. One of the major factors that have shaped my worldviews are my personal experience. Personal experience can come from everyday life, meeting new people, and trying new things. Personal experience gives someone a change to view life in another point of view, or create their own judge meant on a current subject. One of my personal experiences is when I meet new people from around the world and get to experience their culture firsthand; which allows me to see things from another perspective. The second major factor that has shaped my worldview is my upbringing. Upbringing is important when it comes to worldviews because it is how one is raised. How people are raised as a child, is what gives people a foundation on their worldviews. Most children tend to look up to and learn from their parents or a parent figure; they will tend to take their views before, they create their own views on things. My worldviews truly do come from my personal experience, upbringing, and education. I do not think I can characterize my worldviews exactly because I am contently learning more and more. If I had to I would say, I try to view everything with an open mind and look at things from multiple points of views and consider my viewpoint. I think trying to state one view would be wrong because it is not just that simple. The key to having a true worldview is to think critically; making one’s own views/judges instead of just taking someone else views on something
