I would like to say I excelled in self-management, there were times when I would fail to meet with my personal project mentor weekly but I did always keep her updated with emails or talking about it in the little bits of time I would catch her and talk and walk. I also kept up with dates in my process journal and times; there was never a time I wrote in my physical process journal that I did not record the time and the date at which I was doing these tasks or completing that research. If I were to make a timeline of all the research I have completed from the beginning to the end of my personal project, I would be able to mark the information completely honestly because I did keep track of dates. The 210 midterm skills test was a hard thing to come into and leave. Although, I tried to prepare and present all of nursing’s global concepts, I ran out of time and let my nerves get the best of me. I did have a few successes, but I also need to work on some items for the future.
