Over the course of my working life to date, I developed and applied my interpersonal, oral and written communication skills and organizational skill to meet my daily needs. In my current role with BOC, I deal regularly with local planners, project managers, suppliers and staff in person, through the email, and over the phone. I regularly manage multiple projects with a tight deadline at the same time. One of my duties is to field internal customer enquiries, which utilized all my communication skills. Dealing with a project manager’s request to allocate a suitable equipment involved talking to the local planner and supplier over the phone and email, checking and updating the equipment information in the computer database, organizing the transportation
