Introduction
In the memo, I will be talking about the progress of my proposal for Hibachi Grill &a Supreme Buffet. There are two major problems that exist right now that cause the loss of customer. The purpose of this memo is to inform you on the parts of the proposal that I have completed and parts that I will be working on. In the parts that I have yet completed, I will explain the work and research that need to be done.

I have started the proposal with an introduction, background, survey, and the two major problems that I identified for Hibachi.
