I had organized all my books and school supplies prior to going to class the next week; I was organized and better prepared than I ever had been before. Then to lay some more power shots to my old self, I fully engaged myself into discussions in class, I actively participated and gained the approbation from my teachers. At first it seemed as though this new me had complete dominance, but my old self usually fought back after my body was tired from swim practice, it would make me avoid long homework and just do the shorter ones; which ultimately made my grade lower in some classes, because I would not do their homework. At first, the fight between the old and new me was a closer match, because although I would do my work in class, I neglected the harder parts of my homework
