Personal Exercise Analysis

The assessment I had taken helped me to comprehend my life-style, to my surprise it revealed that my life is very unhealthy. My results proved that out a high score I only received a 15. Based on my score I discovered that I need improvement in many areas, but I will be focusing in exercising in daily basis, for at least 20minutes a day. In additionally, in order to improve my results, I created a calendar which helped me exercise daily, for at least 20 minutes. To make sure I successfully completed the exercise I had friends pick me up and take me to workout with them. In the sense of compassion, the exercise did not affect my emotional stage, because after knowing that it would benefit my health, but since I schedule an unrealistic goal due to the short time frame the exercise seemed nearly impossible at the rate of process. In the aspect of physical wellness, it highly improved because now I exercise daily as well as avoid harmful nutrition’s that affect my health. These exercise techniques aid in preventing future injuries at any given time. For example, I will be less prone to having weak bones that cause most of the injuries to our current baby boomers. Next, in psychological wellness it boosted my self-esteem my providing me with mental strength to love my self and maintain a healthy lifestyle by avoiding junk food and somewhat eliminating it from my daily consumption. As well as, helping me to share my feelings with certain loved one’s which encouraged me to be more optimistic about how I seen problems in life, trusting my self-control raised a thought that if I can control my diet I can also control any other choice in my lifestyle.
