Both Officers arrived at 0148 hrs. and met with Nurse Christiane Dotson who stated that the patient, Sanchez-Garlobo, Manuel (MRN: 70032631/FIN: 84678786) was belligerent and would not follow any instructions given to him by the attending Physician or any nursing staff. She also stated that he had a pair of scissors in one of his pockets and it was taken from him because of the way that he was acting. On Wednesday March 09, 2016 5:30pm at 11 Medical Park on the RS1 Patient Donnell Bennett attacked another patient Charlotte McCoy. Ms. McCoy was sitting on the couch in the day room on RS1. Mr. Bennett approached Ms. McCoy from behind and placed her into a choke hold. Security Officers W. Vance and O. Brown quickly ended the situation. On 10/31/2015 at approximately 0525 hours, Florida Hospital Security Operation Command (SOC) was notified by the Emergency Department (ED) Charge Nurse Luke Monterola of an inbound patient refusing care and wanting to leave the Hospital. Officer Omar Alonso (420) and I, Steven Evans (407) were dispatched to the scene. Upon arrival, I made contact with Nurse Luke Monterola who informed me that incoming patient, Elvis Jackson (FIN #8477349) who just came through EMS refused medical care and wanted to leave. Mr Singer is a 61 year old male who presented to the ED with uncontrollable behavior at his living facility. He does not presents to ED with aggressive behavior or agitation. Upon arrival, we observed Case Management Morgan Lisby and E.D. Nurse Michael Zimmerman tries to convince a Baker patient to go back to his room. The patient, Jacob Brown (DOB: 05/0589; FIN #8150484) was brought in and Baker Acted by Law Enforcement, OCS Deputy Carlos Torrez (Badge #7190). On Saturday, May 12, 2018, at approximately 12:31PM, I, Officer Larry Thomas was dispatched to the New Patient Tower, (room E.421), in reference to a patient control. Upon arrival, I observed a black male subject who was identified as Durell Childers walking around the room talking to himself looking around. I asked, Mr. Mac Mcneil the patient nurse what happened.
