How To Write A Narrative Report For A Dog Bite Complaint

On 07/16/2016 I, Deputy Daniel Pruitt was dispatched to the Creek County Sheriff's Office for a dog bite complaint.

I spoke to Larry Wolverton who stated he was bit by a dog at Hilton Road and 49th West Avuene. Larry stated he was riding his bike on Hilton Road around 9:45am when he noticed a white with black spots. Larry stated the dog came towards him and bit him on the right ancke and broke the skin. Larry stated the dog was trying to bit him again and he kicked the dog in the face. Larry stated the dog ran to a home at 5664 Hilton Road with the name Stanley on the mailbox. Larry stated he yelled and could not get anyone to come outside.

Larry stated he went to the Sapulpa St. John's for treatment for a mionr bit injury.
