It all began while I was working at Holliswood Care Center as a certified nurse assistant. One of my patients had a hip replacement surgery, and she recently arrived at the unit. When I went to her room, she cried out in agony. I introduced myself and tried to confirm her name. When I asked, "Can you please tell me your name?" No words came out of her mouth. All I saw was her tears rolling down her cheeks onto her neck and then pillow. I tried to speak to her, but she did not respond. I checked her intervenous line and noticed that it was bleeding. I told her that I am going to inform the nurse and will be back. I told the charge nurse, but she blew me away. She said, "I don't have time right now. I will take care of it." I also informed her
