How To Write A Narrative Essay About Football

A great memory of mine would have to be my first football game this year against Massabesic. The reason I’m choosing this memory is because that was my best performance all year. I threw for 177 yards, 9 for 12, 83% completions, two touchdown passes, and a win! Every year for the 8th graders you play for a rival trophy, Massabesic has had it for 3 or 4 years but we practiced hard for that game. We had a night game that night and it was decently cold. I brought my hand warmer, my gloves, arm sleeves, compression shirt, and compression pants. 8th grade always plays the second game during night games. When the game started we kicked the ball off and then we got it back. We drove down the field setting the tone of the game and we kept using Ryan to run then using Sam up the middle. We then did a toss to the left side at about the 10 yard line then we scored. We then kicked off and started defense. We went on to the field and the quarterback ran it most of the time. They had a few good athletes but we had a lot more. They slowly drove down the field to make the score 6-6. We got the kick return and started offense. We drove down the field and just ran all over them easily. Then we scored and we also go the 2 point conversion making the game 14-6 us. We kicked off the ball then recovered it. We went a bit down the field to about the 35 yard line. We ran a play where I roll out and throw to Hayden, my tailback. It worked out and we got about 15 more yards. But then there was a flag for holding I’m pretty sure. We got set back to the 40 yard line. Coach called a play called “Trips Right Motion Qb Option Pass”. I sent my friend Cam to run across the line then I hiked the ball. I faked the handoff to Cam took a 3 step drop
