How To Write A Letter To Walmart

I paid for 20 cases of your water from the local Walmart, and your water did not just taste bad, but it smelled horrible! It smelled like it had come straight out of a sewer. I hope you will accept this letter as my formal complaint. I bought the cases of water for a party my company was having. It was really embarrassing for me, and I felt horrible for my coworkers. We had to resort to drinking tap water. Most of my coworkers refused, so they didn’t have water at all! I spent nearly $60 on these cases of water, and I hope you will give me a refund.

Mr. Butts, I have bought your water in the past and never had any problems. I can’t understand this. I am further disgusted with Wal-Mart for not refunding my money on the spot. They informed me
