I could start to improve dinner by using a smaller plate so my portion sizes don’t feel so small. It would also help if I took less the first time I fill up my plate, so if I feel inclined to get seconds, I won’t be taking much more than one serving size. I need to concentrate, in general, on eating to satiety rather than eating until I feel full. This would help decrease how much of a snack I eat, as well as how much I eat during the various meals.
