Based on my intake spreadsheet, it seems to show that I consumed 130.65g of sugar in my diet that is naturally occurring. I feel like my added sugar intake seems to be high because I know to myself that I tend to choose sweet things over any food. I tend to choose and eat a lot of sweet things just because I want to even though I know that it’s bad for my health. I think I can reduced this by cutting down on my sweet portion. Also, I need to compare which is less sugar and much healthier. For example, I can choose to eat dark chocolates instead of white or milk chocolate. With this diet plan, it would help me a lot and prevent myself from consuming diabetes and gaining more weight.
After taking a closer look of based on my daily food choices, I can sense that I am not fully meeting the calories that I need. I believe that my goal caloric intake can be realistic because based on my results, I can see and sense where am I and what can I improve on in eating a healthy food. With a little push and motivation I believe that it can be realistic.
