After all of these courses they are licensed health professionals that focuses on preventing and treating oral diseases also protecting oral cavities. The duties that a dental hygienist/radiologist is a lot. they are capable of many tasks. for example screening patient procedures, looking up the patient's health history, cancer screen, capturing x-rays, also to take the blood pressure/pulse of the patients and putting sealant on the patient's teeth to help prevent cavities. Along with counseling patients about their nutritional habits and impacting their good oral health. The average salary is dependant on where you end up working, also how long you've been there and your experiences. When first starting off the average salary for a dental radiologist is about 84,000 USD$. The annual salary off a long time well experienced dental radiologist is around 168,000
