Hi Diana,

She was told she needs to provide her medical clearance as soon as possible as is one of the requirements. She stated that she had already an appointment set up and will provide the clearance within the following week, ( after she attended orientation).

Regarding the 30 days grace period, she probably over heard a conversation I was having with another employee (from another program) during orientation regarding her medical clearance.
