We have chosen to open our indoor obstacle course for children, 'Kidsville', in the Narre Warren suburb. The address of our warehouse is 6/5-6 Len Thomas Place, Narre Warren, Victoria 3805. The three factors that we considered to reach this decision were the target customer, cost of premise and how strategic is the location.
According to the Australian Bureau of Statistics, there are 1.01 million children under the age of 15 in Victoria. Amongst the suburbs in Victoria, Berwick has the highest proportion of children population at 28%. While Berwick would be ideal for the target customer there are no suitable properties that meet our cost threshold of $[INSERT AMOUNT OF MONEY HERE]. Thus, we settled on Narre Warren as the cost of [INSERT RENT/LEASE]

Explanation The cost of buying and operating EVs and HEVs can be attributed to two main contributors: the initial cost of purchase and the driving cost. The initial cost is the price of the vehicle which, in case of EVs, depends heavily on the price of batteries (Nykvist and Nilsson). The driving cost is the expenses required to keep the vehicle operational, such as maintenance, fuel, and spare part cost. Because these factors vary depending on the type of vehicle, a comparison that accounts for all of these criteria is needed to show the total life cycle cost (LCC) of each type of transport.…

They created a petition to King George III, and several petitions to the Parliament and declaration of their rights describing how they were all being ignored. One might expect John to look fit in shape because he is an avid runner and enjoys running marathons. However, due to being in the MICU for 5 days I would expect the patient to look thin and frail to where muscle has atrophied because of ICU muscle acquired weakness. Mr. Jones might also look pale or present with a bluish tent because he is still hypoxemia and enough oxygenated blood is not getting to the rest of his body. I would also expect for there to be several lines and tubes coming from the patient in order to monitor his heart rate and breathing. Since the patient is intubated I would expect to see a tube coming from his mouth to help keep his airway open and remove any mucous from his lungs.…

Vineet Nayar extensively followed the change models proposed by Lewin and Kotter. Kurt Lewin developed a three stage model of planned change that discusses how to initiate, manage, and stabilize the change process. The three relevant stages are known as unfreezing in which you create a motivation to change, changing, by implementing your new strategies and structure in place, and refreezing in which you support and maintain your change (Kreitner & Kinicki, 2013). For example in the case study, Vineet implemented the 3 stages of Lewin change model in how he wanted to see change take place and he exhausted several avenues to come up with new innovative ways to be productive and competitive, allow his employees to add more value,…

Hence, in my attitude, it is vital for the early childhood centers to investigate risk-taking procedures within their centers and ensuring to provide safe environment including the aspects of playground design. These designs not only support positive risk-taking but also reduce the inappropriate risky behaviour, and minimize educators’ response to the children’s risk-taking behaviour in their care. Moreover, I accept that the provision of a level of supervision enables educators to support children’s safety and also acknowledge that positive risk taking is an issue that needs to be addressed in policies relating to adult/child ratios. Therefore, as a future educator, I understand that it is vital for me to get to know every individual child and up-to-date about the curriculum and legislation policies. Hence, this will help me to support children to build on their existing knowledge, abilities and skills as children achieve increasing independence in caring for themselves and other’s…
