Dalton’s behavior is erratic and deteriorating and this home may no longer be the right placement for him. We feel as parents, we are not having success with Dalton nor will we have any future successes as long as he is defiant. The relationship between Dalton and Mrs. Kay is fractured and irreparable based on his unwillingness to trust her. Based on his recent behavior, he will require more treatment to deal with his issues than we are able to give him. With Mrs. Kay going back to work full time and Mr. Kay traveling from time to time, we are unable to provide the care he needs. My husband and I are one and we will not allow any child to drive a wedge between us. We don’t want this to be a broken home for future kids to come."
