When reviewing the ACHS board members election process, it shows that each member would serve a three year term with an unlimited amount of term limits. With the board members having such a great relationship with the president of the company, no change would be made until the retirement of a board member. It is proposed that we still have three year terms for the board members but would only be allowed to serve for five terms, in total of 15 years on the board.
