How To Visit To Yosemite

Ever since I could remember I visited Yosemite every summer, I love the beautiful scenery, different kinds of wildlife, and the soothing rivers. I go with my grandparents and we take the opportunity to ride bikes, take walks, and go to all of the museums that the park offers you. Its an amazing experience and I love going every summer! The first time I visited Yosemite was when I was eight years old. While driving there I was very excited to see the famous Yosemite National Park. The very first thing I saw was the Half Dome. It was amazing and something you definitely don’t see everyday. Everything in Yosemite was beautiful. From all the different trees with different colored leaves, rapidly flowing rivers, cute little squirrels, and …show more content…
Other times it could be rapidly flowing, with the waterfalls flowing fast. I remember I went swimming in the river and the water was ice cold, but I kept swimming for hours. There are many different kinds of rocks in the river, and me being interested in rocks, it was very fun to look at all kinds of different rocks.
My Grandpa and I decided to float down the river in a raft, and it was very peaceful and the scenery was beautiful, you could see everything on the way down the river. I would definitely go on that peaceful and beautiful journey again.
Walking and riding your bike along the paths and trails in Yosemite is very enjoyable. You come across museums that tell you the history of the people that once lived there, and they show you artifacts and movies about Yosemite. The museums are are one of my favorite places in Yosemite, they show you jewelry made by the American
Indians and much much more. You can ride your bike on the trails and you can go anywhere and explore the lovely park. If you ride your bike far enough you get to see the enormous sequoia trees. Some of the trees have holes all the way through

We got to see stalagmites, stalactites, flowstones, chandeliers and soda straws. We took lots and lots of pictures because if I didn't slow my family, I feel like they wouldn't have believed me. We spent about half our day there, and then after that she took me to the San Antonio Zoo. That zoo was humongous, way bigger than the one in the valley. I saw monkeys, elephants, rhinoceros, lions, zebras, and even penguins.…

I could hear the roar of the 1400 horsepower engine of the boat, the feeling of the humid air around the docks, and the scent of the hotdog stand up on the sidewalk. I was on the boat with my mom, dad, aunt, brother and sister, and my cousins. It was in the heat of the summer at the hottest part of the day in the Wisconsin Dells. The driver was spinning the boat around and doing what he called a, “power stop", and water was splashing in.…

Colonial Social Class The first interesting topic I found on the website was about colonial social classes it went into detail about each social class within in that area, and about what each social class was entitled too. For instance, enslaved field hands such as field workers worked Monday through Saturday from sun up to sun down. These field hands mostly worked in the tobacco or cotton fields and they only had Sundays off for themselves. This form of labor was considered the most back breaking being they worked all day long until late at night.…
