Ms.Maxine appeared to be very tired and exhausted stated she has just got out the hospital over the weekend. Maxine has impaired mobility getting up and down out of the chair however, her clothes appeared to be clean and there was no smell of odor. Maxine complained about the rent will be going up $35.00 next month and her lease signing is not until this August 2017 she already paying $578.00.RA stated that Heritage House is mistreating many residents by charging extra for each apartment to have the company phone of $35.00 to use each month and she would like a cell phone but cannot afford it.
