Young people can decide from a few options on what to do after 16. They can continue to study full time at school, college or independent trainer.
They can work fulltime (paid or volunteering) alongside part time training. They have to be working over 20 hours.
They can get an apprenticeship or traineeship. This will include a job with training.

Some of the support staff are the lunchtime staff that cook meals, the admin staff that do jobs in the office and the after school staff that look after children in a after school care club for extended hours for parents.

Answer: External professionals that work with a school include Speech and language therapists. These work with pupils that have communication problems and speech issues. They observe and assess the pupils and advise interventions when needed.
An educational psychologist may monitor a pupil and have a view that is of importance to provide provision to the pupil (often with SEN) they work with SENCO and can attend meetings with parents. Physiotherapist and occupational therapists will support additional needs pupils to help them progress.
School Improvement Partner (SIP) help the head teacher to develop the school. This will be a way of monitoring the pupilâ€TMs average progress as a whole.
Some specialist teachers may visit the school if needed to be called in for various areas where staff are not able to be employed all the time for their skills in certain specialist

Posters and displays should help encourage the pride in the pupils to want to abide by the schools values. In this way the school are encouraging children centred learning
Collaborative working
This is encouraging the children to mix together with staff and others to enrich their learning. Inclusive environment means that the visitors to the school should see that it is a safe environment and accepting to all that attend there.
Community cohesion is focusing on keeping communities together and forming links with society to improve opportunities.
It is good working practise to set an example to others and lead by example. Children can be rewarded when enforcing good examples to others with various reward systems set up. The information should be clear where ever it is presented and accessible so that all people can obtain the information regardless of barriers the tone of how the information is presented should make the people it is aimed at feel included and welcomed. The needs of others should be well thought of. If people have no internet access they may require paper copies of information. If someone has sight issues the font may be important. As all information cannot be covered in writing it is important that the school welcomes contact and can provide meeting opportunities such as open days and teacher meetings.
