How To Shoot A Basketball

It is really not that hard to shoot a basketball with accuracy and efficiency. To do this you will need a basketball, gym and regulation sized hoop. First, square up your feet a little less than shoulder with apart. Then, Point your toes in the general direction of the basket, not necessarily directly at it. Next, bend your knees slightly. This will allow more power in the shot. Also, the griping of the ball is very important, line up your fingertip pads parallel to the long seams of the ball, so you can monitor the back spin. After, all you have to do is release the ball with a flick of the wrist and splash.
