1. If you're not currently riding the van but assigned a van spot or if you are only riding a couple of days a week. I'm going to ask that you kindly remove yourself from the van pool.

If you have the van keys and are not able to make it to work the following day it is your responsibility to ensure the vanpool keys are at the vanpool spot so other riders may still utilize the van to come to work. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action being taken and possible removal from the vanpool.

If your van schedule to make 2 stops you need to ensure that the van is making both those stops if it continues to happen where the van is not stopping at the second location the vanpool location maybe change to eliminate a second stop. Also Disciplinary action might be taken and possible removal from the vanpool.

Tracking forms of staff who are actually riding need to be turned in weekly along with vehicle trip tickets for every day the van is used this is according to policy tracking forms need to be turned in weekly. If you need forms please get touch with me so that I can get you more or make copies of the last form before using it.

5. You need to ensure that you are riding the van that you were actually assigned to as this is going to cause issues with occupancy. I will start filling vans to maximum occupancy to include RDO’s to ensure maximum riders are allowed to ride

6. Only the van Primary and secondary drivers are authorized to drive the van.

7. You are being reminded to ensure traffic laws are being followed and if you are observed speeding disciplinary action might be taken and possible removal from the vanpool.
