Now in the year 2015 rapist have been sent to jail for a long time, most have been sentenced in jail for life or more than 15 years. Charlotte have highly over one-thousand rapist in the state of Charlotte North Carolina. Now there's always police officers always telling children the right thing to do so the children won't grow up and make the wrong decision so they wont get put in jail for a long time no matter what situation you're in.
