According to the National Cancer Institute, “Cigarette smoking causes an estimated 443,000 deaths each year, including approximately 49,400 deaths due to exposure to secondhand smoke.” I am sure everyone in here knows someone who smokes or you yourself may smoke. This speech will give you the knowledge you need to know to help you or your loved ones stop smoking. I myself have been a smoker for the past three years. I recently quit on the 23rd of March. After smoking a pack a day for the last year I decided to quit cold turkey.
