You can't always be perfect as then everyone that plays football will be NFL superstars right out the gate. There's a reason why one team loses and one team wins, it's because the team that lost just made the most mistakes in that game as opposed to the winning team. It won't be all your fault if you make a mistake or lose anyway as you are a team and someone could have prevented the mistake from occurring. Also don't take it personally when a coach yells at you as they are only stressed because of the responsibilities and want you to get better. If you really want to be good in the field, you have to put in the work outside the field also. Serious or not about playing football you still want to be good ,and play your best. Try lifting weights, hitting the gym, push ups, sit ups, jogging around your neighborhood , or anything , but remember to be as consistent as possible not sporadic. Doing this is time consuming so taking some of your break time is necessary. That means even weekends that are spent relaxing are instead used to exercise and work hard.
