Coming into high school is a big thing allot of big people and some new faces there is many ways in which you can make high school a great time and you can breeze right through it for example you want to be popular around school and make a ton of new friends, or start a career in something you love to do, or how about show more school pride. Your probably wondering what I am talking about. As a freshman the best advice I can give you is to play in after school sport. There is so many choices from, football, to golf or tennis, baseball, basketball, or even soccer there is so many choices. There is so many choices and it goes to football, then to golf , then to tennis , then baseball , then basketball, then soccer , then bowling , then wrestling , the volleyball, then it just keeps going there is so many sports there has to be just one that interest you there is so many that its hard to choose from they all are great and are great programs for you to start your freshman year in. In high school everybody likes it when someone shows school pride and what’s better than to show it by playing a sport for your very …show more content…
Getting a scholarship to one of your favorite schools could be the best thing that has ever happened to you. You wouldn’t have to pay much for collage and you would be playing the sport you love and you would get to see new people. Playing a after school sport will strive you to do better in school to because if you want to participate then you will have to maintain a 2.5 gpa witch is pretty good grades. It will keep you motivated and as well as in shape. To get a scholarship you have to be good and that’s when hard work and dedication comes into your sport and most collages want to see that you were on the team all four years not 2 not 1 not 3 but all 4 years. It shows that you can start early and it shows leadership
