How To Military Deployment

I returned from a Military Deployment, December 24, 2016, with an opened and approved LOD. Due to the deployment, my civilian employer placed my on a Military leave because I was a deployed soldier. I wasn't required to return to my civilian employer until April of 2016. At that time I was under a restriction/profile from the doctor. The profile limits me from performing my civilian job as a nurse efficiently because I am unable to stand for 12hrs. I was informed by my employer in April that I couldn't return to work and I couldn't be accommodated by my employer. I was then placed on a general leave from my employer to keep my job position.
