Some people feel that american society is collapsing.Jobless has hit record numbers and,many kid's do not even graduate from high school. People often asks how they can make a difference in a world that seems to be falling apart. One thing that thoughtful people can do is volunteer in there community. Every town and city have opportunities to help others in both private and public organizations. People can at least improve the world by doing community service. There are many ways a person can volunteer. Volunteering on a regular basis, many projects can be completed. One of the places that always needs help. The local animal shelter.
