In your grievance filed at Browning Unit, you claim restitution is being deducted from your bank account unjustly. You further assert you were never issued a disciplinary ticket for assault on Officer Babicz. Your resolution is to cease restitution deductions and issue a refund for the money that has been deducted.

Your grievance appeal has been reviewed at Central Office and the Warden's response is reversed. Restitution cannot be assessed and/or ordered without a guilty finding by a Disciplinary Hearing Officer on specific disciplinary infraction.
