The book I chose, named How to Like Sport, wrote by Raí Souza Vieira de Oliveira that was born 15 May 1965. I found the most ideal book to talk about my topic because it shows ways you like sports, it encourages you to do sport. He also talks a lot of the book as the sport was useful in the life of the author. The author is Raí Souza Vieira de Oliveira and he was a soccer player but after his career he decides to write a book talking about his life especially in childhood and adolescence that was where it all began for him and also he shows why to do sport is important for people.

“Many people I talked about sport especially with people who talked about losing weight who said that it was boring trying to lose weight because it was easy for me to do sports because I was a professional” (57). One of the things he talks about in his book is one of the most controversial points that is about using sport in his life for this he explains that for him sports is not a way to stay in shape he does it because it's his job And not a method of weight loss, one can not compare a person who does sport in order to compete with a person who uses sport as a method of losing weight. Another point that he talks about in the book is motivation to do sports and why the book is called, how to like sports, he said it's because he many motivational tips for you to enjoy sports. “The sport is very good in both reasons for competition and leisure. The sport has to like to do and not an extra activity for you to put in your day so that you have resulted in the future you have to embrace the sport as if it were a member of your family, you have to love the sport that you will do” (78). It explains how you should include the sport in your life that does not matter if you do it for fun or if it is in a work
