In New Mexico there is a lot of crime, most of the crimes are dues to drugs most of the time marijuana. You see people fighting over it, people driving under the influence on marijuana. We have hundreds of people I jail due to possession of marijuana. I just don’t find this fair, good civilians I jail for possession of a drug that does you no harm. If we legalize marijuana we should regulated just like we do to alcohol. Meaning you have to be 21 to consume it, don’t drive under the influence, and there could be punishments if you buy if for minors. This will help New Mexico’s crime rate go down significantly.
