If you have a sprain on the ligaments surrounding the joint of your big toe, you definitely have a turf toe. Turf toe is very much common on people playing football. But it also happens countless of times for people who are into basketball, soccer, wrestling, and even dancing and gymnastics. These people are affected by such condition since their sports and hobbies involved pushing their big toes forcefully and repeatedly on the ground which results to a turf toe.
