I liked this presentation for several of reasons. First of all, I liked the fact that Apollo made the presentation interactive. Giving the audience that special personal touch – since after all, every presenter must make the audience feel like if they are the hero. I find it amusing how our brains are tricked to think or process certain information. This presentation was relatable because I’ve always wanted to be able to do tricks like this and learn how to manipulate people’s brain. Not for the negative but for the positive, perhaps more for doing presentations to obtain the audience full attention.
The speaker drew me into the presentation by asking questions at the beginning of the presentation. The questions Robbins asked left me and the audience in the presentation curious which, I think it’s a good thing because it leaves the audience want to pay attention even more to the presentation. Another technique, the presenter used to draw me into the presentation was the way he walked out of the stage to walk around the audience and interact with them personally. In my opinion, this is a really good way to personally hook the audience in a presentation – since they most always feel as if they are the
