When thinking of monuments we think of the historical figures like the presidents and historical events like 9/11,but in today's society many people can just buy a monument or have one built for them. also when a company is thinking of building a monument they have to pick a place on where to build it.So the factors that they should consider are the investment it will take and the location on whcich they should build.

the factor is where is the investment is coming from. I know one thing is that the money does not come falling from the sky, it comes from taxpayers and no wants that. “when the Tax Foundation looks at this large picture,it finds that Americans on average pay 28 percent.”Now if the company can find a way to build the monument without any of the taxpayers money then I think that the community and everyone else would be ok with that. maybe the company can do a fundraiser to build the monument that they desire.
On the furthermore other factors such as location can not be stressed enough.if a company decides to build a monument they have to pick a location on which to build it. the company decides to build the monument is the location on which they are allowed to build, which can be an abandoned structure, restruant, and it could be a school. But if the monument is too big the they have to go to extreme measures to build
