He swung at the dragon but missed as it maneuvered quickly, this would be a difficult fight indeed. After many attempts to strike the dragon the knight became less optimistic about the outcome of this battle. His reasoning was not as cowardly as it seemed as this was a completely ordinary dragon. What? Dragons are giant fire breathing beasts that can fly, why would it need to be different from the others to be frightening enough to create a bit of suspense? Anyway like I said this dragon was like the other dragons, with skin much more protective than any armor man could make, claws and teeth like knives, not to mention …show more content…
They fought for what seemed like an eternity when the knight finally decapitated the dragon. He collapsed by the dragon’s lifeless body and stayed that way until he eventually decided it was time to go meet the princess in which he had come so far and gone through so much to save. He walked into the entrance of the tower and climbed the many steps. He climbed and climbed and climbed and you get the point. Finally, after many flights of broken and cracked stone stairs the both exhausted and exasperated knight reached the door in which lead to the princesses’ room. He cracked open the door and to his own disbelief and horror he looked upon the already fully decayed corpse which was now just a skeleton lying on the small bed in the middle of the room. Now you are probably wondering why the princess was now a corpse, well so was the knight. The truth of the matter is that when you are locked away in a tower for years there are things you need. Things that are limited and need to be replenished, like food and water. This was true the as then as it was now and the family of the princess simply forgot about how the dragon guarding the tower did indeed kill

Terry Gilliam and Terry Jones’ film “Monty Python and the Holy Grail” portrays King Arthur in search of the Holy Grail, along with his trusted knights. Set in medieval England, the film offers a satirical yet comedic view of the way of life for the two most influential forces of the time, the church and monarchy. The audience quickly sees the timeless illogicality of the film. There were no police, no grazing sheep, no textile work, no cathedrals, abbeys or shrines awaiting pilgrim, no town markets or fairs, no taxes, no dynastic struggles or endless wars, no invasions, no married couples or families, no gunpowder, no industry, no roads or waterways, no planted fields, no cities/towns and no nobles/ bishops. Review of Becoming the Dragon by Alex Sapien While this book was at times very engaging and well written, I cannot even say there were any grammatical errors that I came across, I would rate this book a 2 out of 4 stars. Becoming the Dragon is a story about a young man Andy, and his journey through a portal to another world that has the typical fantasy cast (i.e. elves, gnomes, and of course dragons), and how he is put in several situations that lead to him becoming a dragon. This book feels like it could honestly have been 3 books had someone else written it, but instead it is one book that even after reading it feels like there was no real plot. The book starts out in our world, and you get a small glimpse into Andy's home life.…
