Application Paper: Biblically Exploring Angels and Demons The world today is experiencing a global spiritual war. There are religions of evil that seek nothing more than to destroy Christians and Jews around the world. They are empowered by a Godless leader in America who portraits Islam as a religion of peace. Though we watch the brutal persecution of Christians and Jews being murdered and beheaded on camera to demonstrate how brutal the religious extremists are in order to terrorize the rest of the world. The bible teaches fallen angels may cause disease both physical and mental. They may cause personal injury and lead people into immorality. One can see in daily life that immorality is now a way of life. Demons spread false doctrines by using morally deprived people to influence the minds of non-believers. Doctrines that we as Christians know to be sinful is now accepted throughout society, such as homosexuality, promiscuous sex and violence to name a few.
Demons are also influencing our leaders and the forces that seek to destroy Christians and Jews. “For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the owners, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places” (Ephesians 6:12).
Leaders in our country misinterpret Christianity to use against people of faith. To have references of God removed from public schools, universities and government buildings.
Demons use humans for mass killings of innocent people to promote a political agenda that is meant to further destroy the fabric of our country and promote acceptance of secular beliefs that are against values of a Christian …show more content…
The persecution of Christians around the world by men and women of a religion that seeks to destroy Jews and Christians and our President and the media never mention a religious war. We have leaders of our country who now stands with those of Islamic faith that seeks to destroy Israel, Gods chosen land. Anti-Semitism is rampant on college campuses because of liberal professors controlling the majority of our colleges. We have the removal of any reference of God from our public squares, schools and universities. Christian prayer in public places are met with fierce opposition while Islamic mosques are expanding all around the country. Now we are welcoming without reservation the very people from countries of Islamic faith that are determined to destroy us. With our leaders embracing a faith rooted in evil and our youth blindly following a charismatic young President we find ourselves losing the spiritual war. Once again we must seek a revival in the world. We as Christians must humble ourselves, repent of our sins and seek forgiveness from God. In the book Rivers of Revival by Towns and Anderson they wrote of the Nine “Faces” of Revival. The revivals each focus on different types of revivals though each reflect God’s presence. We need every type of revival for a moral cleansing of our lives and society as a whole. We need to win souls for Christ. We must also have a spiritual warfare revival to spend our energies
