This workout will vary due to weather, and energy. I will push myself to have at least three aggressive workouts a week. In the evenings I plan to cook more at home and find healthier recipes. I have also started a healthy snacks. I have gotten rid of all my junk food out of my house to make this easier for myself. I will morph my schedule as needed to approach this in a healthful way. I also have planned to mentally motivate myself with poster, quotes on my phone, and asked friends to help motivate me
