How To Be A Responsible Parents Essay

When I was 21 years-old, I was thinking that my future would be traditional. By that I mean to have a good job, get married, and then have children. I did not follow those plans. I was pregnant when I was 23 years-old and working at a private country club with crazy hours. The moment that I had my daughter she brought light to my eyes, bring a new meaning to life and being a parent. I believe that children bring an increase sense of meaning in people’s lives. They help us grow ourselves and become models that they look up to. Every day becomes a learning experience for both the parent and the child.
After having my daughter, she was able to make me realize life and I can’t be selfish. Having a child brings awareness to learn to become unselfish. You are at the beck and call of another person to care for twenty-four hours a day. You are putting the needs of your child before your own. You are always having to be on top of your “A game” making sure that you’re feeling well at all times. With having to be at the call of another person and needing to be on a time schedule. Once you’re able to know what your child wants and when, makes it easy to know their schedule. Having a routine and following through for your child makes you become a responsible parent.

With children seeing the world in a soft, lovable, and kind way, they as well approach others touch them with the same emotion.
