Mr. Bond,

Hi, I'm Rachel Shoemaker, and I'm reaching out for some advice. I'm 19 years old, and I'd love one day to work as a Crime Scene Investigator, my only problem is my counselors from school never really sat down with me and discussed how to move forward. I've asked people who've worked in law enforcement, and they just said you'd start as a Police Officer and continue to move forward. I know you must have a busy schedule but, if you have the time, I'd love to hear about the process for being a Crime Scene Investigator. My plan so far is to hopefully be enrolled in the Police Academy by Spring and to move forward with the process. Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to read my e-mail.
