How To Bake Chocolate Chip Cookies

Decent Essays
It's important to get the recipe and preparation right or else the cookies won't turn out

how they are supposed to. I usually bake chocolate chip cookies about once a month and I

always use this recipe. The ingredients are 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking

soda, 1 cup unsalted butter, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1 cup packed light-brown sugar, 1 teaspoon

salt, 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract, 2 large eggs, 2 cups semisweet and/or milk chocolate chips,

2 large bowls, 1 baking sheet, and cooking spray. The first step will be to mix the ingredients

together to form a fluffy dough. The second step will be to form the cookies and then bake them.

First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grab your bowl and mix the flour
