We all have those days where you feel overwhelmed and have done so much work you feel like you’re at you’re limits. Whenever you feel like you’ve been taking care of everyone and everything around you more than yourself a good little downtime to focus on yourself can be crucial. A trip to the nail salon can provide many benefits. Your feet have the tendency to build up dead skin; making them feel rough and dry. If your feet like so and your nails feel dry as well, you might need a manicure and pedicure. Follow my quick and easy instructions and you’ll feel relaxed, refreshed, and more in touch with your feminine side in just an hour of a manicure and pedicure. To begin with, before you can leave your house it is very important that you're comfortable. You're not going out to impress anyone but to pamper yourself so pull out those fuzzy warm pajamas you love wearing around your house! Don't forget to switch into sandals so you won't ruin your fresh new nail color after your pedicure. When your nail tech comes to you she’ll hand you a paper of the different pedicures offered, choose the one you want and then sit back and relax. If you’re feeling extra stressed, you can turn on the massage chair. When the nail tech is done she’ll lead you to her desk where you’ll get your full set manicure. When the nails are glued to your fingers pick a length and shape. There’s square, tapered square, almond, coffin, and stiletto. If you want simple nails that aren’t too wide nor sharp I’d suggest the coffin or tapered square shape; however, the coffin shape is usually $5 extra.
