The diet of America is vast, and developing more. It includes a variety of different foods, and meals. Your diet is suppose to give you nutrients and energy, which are essential to a healthy and well balanced life. A diet needs to meet standards, if it over satisfies or under satisfies the standards it is not beneficial to the human body. The american diet is not a standard diet. The real question is does the american diet actually beneficial to the body or not?
The human body needs many nutrients and vitamins. They are essential to the human body. Your body needs to use these essential elements for the daily functions of life. The functions can include healing a cut or burn, pumping blood throughout the body, and digesting food. If you do not have enough nutrients, you can develop malnutrition. If you eat too many nutrients, it can cause on wanted weight gain, which could lead to other health problems. This is why it is essential your diet is well balanced.
